How to Reach Your Provider

​For appointments and general information, please call 425-968-5948.  My office staff is generally available between 9am and 6pm Monday - Friday. Outside of those hours, you may leave a voicemail or access the patient portal for tasks like scheduling an appointment or sending me a message.

Secure Patient Portal

Existing clients and those who have scheduled an appointment to establish care with me may complete forms, pay for services, schedule appointments, and send me messages using our secure patient portal .  Please call the office if you do not remember your username. There is a password reset option if you need it.

If you are in crisis, and cannot wait until the next business day for a response from me, please call the King County Crisis Line at 1-866-4-CRISIS, go to the nearest ER, or call 911.

Accessibility and Parking

Accessibility
My office is on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator. Please let me know in advance if you are unable to climb a flight of stairs, and we can make arrangements to do video appointments, or borrow a downstairs office from another provider.
Parking:
At this time with increase in telehealth there is ample parking, however please allow for extra time for parking as more providers/patients start returning to the office.
