While we focus on medication management, we will use any opportunity to use talk therapy to support your recovery and well-being. This therapy may focus on improving insight, developing coping skills to effectively manage emotions, challenging unhealthy behaviors or habits of thoughts, processing difficult situations, or reinforcing the work of your regular therapists. Generally speaking, most people, at some point in their life, will benefit from weekly therapy sessions.
